    Room smelled like cigarettes. Upon arrival the window was ope to the room. Cigarette ashes in toilet. Little outdated. Breakfast was okay nothing was fresh. Night staff was friendly. At checkout lady was on her cell phone

    Dear Sightseer38665104412, Please accept my sincere apology for the inconveniences you experienced as a welcomed guest of our hotel during your recent stay. We take great pride in delivering excellent service. Unfortunately, we failed to exceed this expectation and for this, I am truly sorry. A clean room that has been prepared for our guests is basic for a good stay. I am sorry if this was not your experience. You can be confident that we will follow-up on your concerns so that others are not disappointed as you were. I am happy to let you know that starting January we will be updating our rooms with new carpets, drapes, mattresses and bathrooms. Again, thank you for making the effort to share your thoughts with us. We value you as a guest, and I do want you to know that your concerns are our concerns! Please stay with us again soon so that we can demonstrate our commitment to your comfort.

    Needs renovation and some improvements in the room I stayed in. Outdated carpet outdated furnishings that need repair updated bathroom area in the handicap shower no water in the room very noisy location no decent choice of pillows that was OK location was decent breakfast was just OK quality could’ve been better.
