Some elements of room were new/newer but several elements were old and worn. The door to my room looked like someone had tried to pry it open in the past. The elevator down button on 2nd floor was pushed into the cavity and inaccessible for use. Rooms were a bit dated and worn. Stay at one of the other area hotels, where you will get a nearly new room for roughly the same price. Not consistent with generally superior condition of other Country Inn and Suites locations I have stayed at previously.

I went out of town by myself and booked a room there for 4 nights. The neighbors were loud @ 1am and again @ 7am. I know there was nothing the staff could do about it. Housekeeping completely skipped my room my 2nd day and didn't touch a thing there. It took a long time for me to get the heat working in the room but eventually warmed up. The breakfast was put away too early before it was time. All in all, I wasn't impressed and won't stay there again.
