“Not worth the price”
May 05, 2016
Bad internet, furniture falling apart... customer service was good and bad. Good when i checked in, bad when i called to complain about the internet.. Made me feel like it was all my problem. I work with computers and know it was not my laptop. It was a router issue.

“Professionalism in the face of frustration”
May 03, 2016
During my stay, highway construction nearby caused a power outage that lasted two hours. A number of guests took their frustrations out on the staff and even went so far as to check out. The staff remained calm, helpful and courteous throughout, never buckling to the childish complaints of the patrons. The owner, his wife and his staff are the embodiment of professionalism and a model for hospitality providers everywhere.
