We've stayed here several times. We've always had good customer service to resolve any little problem we've encountered. The breakfast is good and hot. When we come to Romeoville, we always stay here.

We chose this hotel because we were traveling with pets. The breakfast was nothing like the description. We ended up leaving and having to go get breakfast before we were able to go farther on our trip. Also it says coffee, cookies, and mints were available 24 hours, when we checked in there was a box at check out where the cookies were suppose to be assumed. It was empty, the box then was gone and not seen again, the candy was starlight mints. Would not choose this hotel again when staying in the area. Also paid a 50,00 pet fee when we could have chose another hotel chain that does not charge a pet fee.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a brief description regarding your recent stay.
I have verified the description of our breakfast on our site and I am a bit confused by what you mean about it being nothing like its descried? We offer a full hot breakfast with rotating items to ensure there is always something for everyone.
As for our pet fee it is clearly stated on our website that we accept pets at a charge of $25.00 per night per pet.
If you booked via a third party website regretfully they sometimes do not offer an accurate description of all our amenities and services but I will perform an audit on a few to ensure all the major ones have our correct information.
I do apologize that we did not have cookies at the front desk during your stay and will discuss with my staff.
Thank you for your comments we will utilize them to ensure other guests do not experience the same items you mentioned.
