This was our second stay at this hotel chain in the last month. This hotel by far was the WORST!! Nasty pull out bed. Nasty Rooms. Just not up to the level of any Coutry Inn and Suite. They need to shake this hotel into the trash and start all over again!!! And we are not going to talk about the breakfast!! Frozen eggs that you can heat up that turn into some waxy tasting mess!!! BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! I wasted $100 on a night stay.

We apologize you were not satisfied with the condition of the hotel during your stay. We have addressed your concerns about the room condition, condition of the pull out sofa, and breakfast with our management team. We appreciate you taking the time share your experience. The hotel was very accommodating and was a very cute country hotel. It was a perfect location for a softball tournament. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint would be the dampness/humidity inside the room from the air conditioner.
