Ask for a room with sofa bed for the family as they are cutting down on that and just putting chairs instead. (ShwetalV)

Choose the room numbers on the north side of the building. 227 was horrible! (_kotokp)

“Disappointing Even for the Price review by Sarah K”
October 17, 2017
I have stayed in this hotel two weeks now. I have three weeks to go and will be staying elsewhere. And as you read the things below, know that I'm Gold Elite, so this is how they treat their "valued members." The first time, I checked in at 2 am, which is the only reason I didn't request a different room when I found the edge of the door had been chewed away. Clearly they had to get in at some point and physically busted up the door until they could reach the lock set... and didn't replace the door. Safety, shmafety; it was 2 am and I wanted sleep. The room is reasonably clean, but not great. The hall on the 5th floor (nonsmoking) REEKS of smoke. The elevator is becoming increasingly sketchy by the day. My current room does not have the couch I specifically looked for when I booked. The internet sucks. The "manager's social," with hors d'oeuvres and drinks at other chains, was advertised everywhere and yet was just a single dish of chicken wings. Before this week, I would have written that it sucks but is worth it for $74 a night. This week, I've changed my mind. I left something here last week. When that happens at Hilton, they mail it to me. Here, they claim they don't have it. Which means they found it and threw it away, I imagine, assuming no one would come looking. I haven't found my hotel for next week yet, but it won't be here.

“Clean place to stay review by cthomass”

Clean with nice bed and bath. Shower was clean as well as the rest of the bathroom. Carpeting was quite old. Kind of out of the way - would have preferred to stay at the Country Inn where we usually stayed, but it was no longer there.
