    Being corportae booking team doesn't have courtesy on payment guarantee as given email confrimation by CWT then also Mr Antony was non co operative and never seen such attitude at any of the Carlson group hotel & never ever I can recommend this hotel.

    Dear Reviewer, Namaskar! Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the time and efforts you have taken to pen it down. Please accept our sincere apologies for your dissatisfaction however; i do want to bring your attention towards some points which might be of relevance to your booking experience at our hotel. Upon reviewing your feedback, we have found out that the booking was initially made on 5th October 2018 for 16th Oct to 18th Oct, 2018 which was later changed from 16th to 17th Oct a day prior to arrival on request by mail form Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) which we obliged to though the initial booking was made on nonrefundable basis. Anthony, our Reservation Manager also sent an email to CWT mentioning that the Credit card details that were given against your upcoming stay was invalid and hence we would not be able to confirm the booking if no valid Credit Card detail is shared. Later team Yatra sent us a CC authorization that needed to be charged since this booking was on direct payment and in the meanwhile you arrived at the property and as a process it was informed that since the booking was non-guaranteed and that checking out is at 04.30 AM the following morning, we will have to collect the payment upon arrival to which you called up CWT and a CC authorization with a valid Card details were shared and the same was swiped at the Front Desk. The hotel reservation team member did not wanted to reflect a stern behavior but was following the procedure and guidelines set for them as we being in business need to ensure safeguarding our revenue. I can rest you assure of the best deals even if you book directly with the hotel reservation team and can avoid such non required circumstances for a pleasant stay. We’re eager to make an impression befitting our reputed standards and looking forward for your upcoming stay with us when you are visiting Goa in near future.
