    Nice, friendly, free breakfast, nice location. Just underwent some upgrades, have stayed here a few times on business, very nice, friendly, accommodating staff. Very convenient location. Would definitely recommend.

    My wife and I stayed overnight while attending basketball tournament. Had double room which was of a good size for two people. The hotel offered one of the better breakfasts and breakfast choices than a lot of competitors. Close to interstate with easy access.

    This hotel had many issues. They were under construction and the entire place smelled like paint and saw dust. The breakfast was poorly made and not appetizing. In our room we found three different types of bugs. There was an electrical problem with our light switch in the bathroom which was not fixed while we were there so we had to use the bathroom in the dark. This was not a good place to stay.

    Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I am very sorry, though, to learn that our hotel was not for you. We have worked hard to keep the mess from our renovations to a minimum. You are the first to complain about the smell of sawdust. I am sorry. We will try harder to keep the dust down. I have had our pest vendor inspect the rooms you stayed in. Luckily, they did not find anything in that room. I had them treat the building for a couple of spring insects nonetheless. We do not want our guests sharing the rooms with insects. As to the light switch, had you reported it to our guest service team, we would have taken care of that. I am sorry that you "had to use the bathroom in the dark." Certainly, that is not the type of experience we hope to provide to our guests. Again, I apologize for your experience. I believe that if you give us another try, once our renovations are complete, you would find that we would exceed your expectations.
