    Room service kept forgot to replenish the body lotion despite 5 times of reminder, to both staff and the counter guys. Not so friendly counter guys. Situation didn't improve even after the reminder. Very disappointed with the overall service.

    Horrible from the minute we arrived. Only one person to check everyone in took forever. Sold team dinner to us and then, they charged $17.00 for a dinner of cold pizza and horrible Cesar salad on Thanksgiving.
