Everyone who worked at the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms about what you expect from a hotel, but very moist (we hung up our bathing suits and towels to dry at 9am and they were still soaking wet when we got back at 8:30pm). The breakfast buffet is sadly lacking in variety, but the waffle mix tasted pretty good, and there is complimentary 24 hour coffee, tea, and cookie service which the kids loved, and we all enjoyed tea before bed. However, as a couple travelling with two children, we booked and paid for a room with 2 queen beds, and we received one with 2 double beds. This was very disappointing, and led to a cramped, uncomfortable sleep. We didn't bother saying anything because the first night we arrived late, after 8pm, after a long day of driving and the kids were tired. However, it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. I felt cheated, and it definitely soured any of the positive experience of this stay. Also, the floors are very thin, so expect to hear everything going on in the room above you, and thundering footsteps all through the night, if you're on the ground floor.
