    “2 teens didn't complain!”

Spacious room in which 2 teens who refuse to share a bed were accommodated satisfactorily. They could lounge on their separate beds (thanks to the pull-out sofa) and play Pokemon Go and watch YouTube videos using the fairly reliable and fast wifi - everything they want in a hotel. Fridge and microwave were useful in storing leftovers relatives sent with us. Convenient to highway 43 (about 20-30 minutes to Milwaukee) and to family situated in Saukville and Grafton. Did not dig the country decor, but that's personal preference. I really liked that they have a "library" in their lobby - I travel with my own stack of books, but I hope people take advantage of that little collection. We relocated for days we spent in downtown Milwaukee (Summerfest traffic is always bad and this was a little far for that), but this was ideal for visiting family.

“Great Location / Disappointing Management Resolution”

This hotel is in a great location and has nice, general amenities. The staff is friendly and works hard. We did experience an issue with our shower curtain having mold on it. It was replaced but I don't think the resolution offered was sufficient based on the situation. They offer a $10 credit and there was nothing in the hotel to spend it on; now pay restaurant, bar etc. We stayed on points. I was promised a management response to my additional concern and it has be a couple of days without hearing from them. So I can't really recommend or totally say that you shouldn't consider the hotel as there are only two in the immediate downtown area that we wanted to be locate in (near the harbor).
