    Get rid of the Front Desk Lady Michelle, and bring in friendly people to greet your guest. Repair the pool and have it open always or at least make a rule for the Front Desk to inform the customers prior to check in. I booked two rooms one for my family, they wanted to go swimming, and the other, Jacuzzi suite for my husband and I to have alone time. Due to pool out the family enjoyed the Jacuzzi not just us. With such rude front desk we were afraid to even ask for ANYTHING, it was just a horrible stay. Good customer service, good stay. Bad customer service BAD STAY! Get rid of Michelle, if she gave the right name!

Also, we are sorry that you were not informed about the condition of the pool prior to your stay. This is not the kind of experience we want our valued guests to have. Our team is working hard to make sure our guests are comfortable and receiving our best service.     First, great location, near everything. We chose this over others because of indoor pool as we were in town for a golf tournament for my 8 year old daughter, who loves to swim also. However, it was murky and did not seem very clean. In addition (and FYI we are landlords who own property and know everything about property), there was either a mildew or mold smell permeating entire hotel. Also, we were in Room 203 at one end of hotel and my guess is the hot water heater is in basement at other end because, and I am not making this up, had to run the shower for 12 minutes before hot water came. Finally, we stay at Hampton Inn a lot because of their breakfast, which is FAR better than yours. They have eggs and attendant is always there on top of everything. We were in the dingy, smelly basement at Country Inn and stuff stored on nasty carpet below the food tables did not give us a warm and fuzzy feeling. I love biscuits and gravy and the gravy was horrible. Also, we ate in the middle of the time slot for breakfast, not near the end and the bagels were gone and everything picked over. Again, I never saw an attendant the whole time we ate breakfast. Second day, ie this morning (Saturday) we went out to Hardees for breakfast, great biscuits and gravy and eggs. If we come here again, we will either stay at Hampton Inn or next door at Springhill Suites (Mariott). I am only taking the time to give you this feedback so you can make it better for future customers as we probably will not take a chance again.

On the other hand, we sincerely apologize that you were not satisfied with the condition of the hotel during your stay, in particular the pool and your room accommodations.
