This was a very good hotel experience. For the most part, the staff was pleasant. The hotel clerk who checked me in was awesome. She was pleasant and had a very welcoming smile. I felt like I was among friends. The hotel has a covered parking in the back of the building with an elevator to the floors. Initially I parked in this location, but since it was facing a wooded area, we did not feel comfortable. In fairness, there are security cameras in this area. When I arrived I walked into a large clean room with a sofa bed, refrigerator and microwave. The room much larger than I had expected which I found to be a plus. This hotel is easily accessible to the highway, shops, malls, restaurants and hospital. I found it very quiet and secure. The complimentary breakfast was truly a hot breakfast. The options seem to be endless. If there was anything disappointing during this visit I would have to say the fitness center. It really needs to be updated. The treadmill made so much noise (like a machine in need of oil) that I was afraid to use it after a few minutes. Finally, if all staff were as engaging as the young lady who assisted me that would make this stay excellent. There were very few smiles or greetings unless initiated. Overall, this was a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel to others. It has everything, value, cleanliness, location and much more. I definitely would stay here again.

Very poor customer service, old stuffy rooms and smelly. Elevator was broken all week I was there. Breakfast was less than average. Those of you that are Concierge members, don't expect to be recognized when checking in or checkout. No welcome bag either, had to ask for that and only got water. Disappointed in this hotel.

We were greeted by a friendly person at the front desk, but couldn't get into our room because the door handle was broken. Rather than move us, she showed us the "right" way to open the door. Inside, paint was peeling off of the ceiling in the bathroom and the top of the tub wall was covered in mold and dirt. We won't be returning.

JeffpW4433BP, Thanks so much for your review. I'm glad the staff was able to assist with the door. I have ensured the issues with lock is resolved and repaired, so there will be no future inconvenience for our guests. I have personally ensured that all aspects of the room meet our very high standards of cleanliness and service. Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention so we could resolve it for all future guests!
