A guest service representative is available at the front desk all day, every day. Guests must be at least 18 years old to rent a room.
The front desk can assist you with mail delivery and fax and copy services should you need them.
The Country Inn & Suites promises to provide you with a fresh, clean room. The hotel also takes its commitment to the environment very seriously and strives to freshen up without wasting natural resources. Toward this common goal, housekeeping services are scheduled based on the number of nights you will be staying.
For guests staying eight or more nights, one "full service" housekeeping is provided each week. Please refer to the key packet you receive at check-in for your scheduled housekeeping service day. Fresh towels and linens are available at the front desk as needed.
Full Service (provided weekly)
Full-service cleanings include dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, and replenishing the toilet paper if needed. Dish washing is not offered.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3:00 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is noon.
Reservations must be canceled by 6:00 p.m. local hotel time on the date of arrival, or the first night's stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a no-show fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Reservations made with advance purchase rates cannot be canceled and must be booked a minimum of seven days prior to check-in. Reservations are based on availability.
Pets are welcome guests. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each unit. A $25 per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed $150 per pet) will be charged the first night of your stay. Weight, size and breed restrictions may apply. Please contact the hotel directly with inquiries.
It is the hotel's policy and practice to require payment in advance for guest rooms. At check-in, guests must pay for the entire stay if the length of the stay is less than seven days, or for one week at a time if the stay is seven days or longer. For stays of longer than seven days, the guest will be required to pay for each week in advance.
Travel Agent Commission
A 10% commission is paid for the first seven nights of your stay. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the property's general manager for commission issues.
