If you have any more luggage than a small, easily carried hand bag, get a room on the FIRST floor FAAAAAARRRRR away from the pool. (Happy W)

Choose a room on 1st floor if you have a lot of luggage. There is no elevator! (Jean M)

First time I stayed to a "Country Inn & Suites". The room #236 was not well attended. I gave a list of things to be taken care of, including the DIRTY coffee pot and leaky faucets. They took care of all! Also there was no "kitchen" table in that room (or in any other room, they told me). You give me a refrigerator, a MW oven and a coffee maker, but nowhere to eat the pizza I ordered. I have to take it to the breakfast room (at the stuff's suggestion), so I can share the pizza with my Grandson! (BTW, he enjoyed your pool, although the whole pool room smell BAD!) I paid $160/night...I expected a bit more in amenities than what I found in that place...Never again!

We are very sorry for your disappointment in your room, we do try very hard to make everyone comfortable. We sincerely regret that we didn't have the amenities you desired, but we will take it up with our team and try to do better.

Pet-friendly hotel with courteous and helpful staff. The entire experience from booking to check out was top notch. A special thanks to Michelle for giving us the best price available. We hope to see everyone again on our next visit.
