    Trip type:
Breakfast pastries were hard and stale, maybe they recycle them from the day before? I don't know but the bread I got out to toast was so hard I just threw it away. Same for the donuts and other rolls. Bananas were already brown and apples mushy. Coffee was cold. Don't drink the fruit water from the glass dispenser in the lobby. I don't think they change the lemons/limes out every day b/c it was already bitter and fermented tasting. HORRIBLE smell in the 1st floor hallway. Smelled like stale b.o. that got worse and worse each day we stayed. Staff said they couldn't smell anything... "Water park" isn't anything spectacular that they should be charging wrist bands for it. Too much chlorine in the hot tub. The pool with the large slides was ICE COLD. They literally could have been piping water in from an outside hydrant. It was so cold my feet started cramping up after one trip down the slide. Hotel has a clean appearance as do the rooms. Rooms were cleaned everyday and house keeping did a good job except they didn't replace the complimentary toiletries at all during our stay. I had to go to the front desk or the cart to get more shampoo and conditioner. Only upside to our stay was the front desk staff were super nice and very accommodating.
