Ask for a room on the second floor back of the hotel. (DrSteve6872)

I would suggest NOT getting a room on the first floor unless you are far away from the exit doors. They are SO loud when they are closing. (604rachelj)

Don't stay here (retindall)

Rooms on the side away from Hwy 74 would probably be quieter. (Jim W)

Might as well ask for a first-floor room, as it's more convenient than using the elevator (Paul C)

The pictures are completely false. The hotel has extreme stains on the floor and walls. The room that my family and I were moved to had mold in the shower. Pool was broken the entire time we were there. And you will be lucky to make a phone call, reception and WiFi is horrible. The GM has poor timely when it comes to addressing or following regarding complaints. The was only one staff that was amazing when we needed to talk with regarding anything. One of the young ladies that worked at night was extremely lazy and was unsure about pretty much anything that you asked her. I can't say that I would ever stay at this place again. Needs to be renovated like yesterday.
