Try and get a room close to the elevator! They have ice, or snacks nearby. (Omar R)

The rooms around the court for the receptions are very noisy with wedding parties going until early in the morning. (Peggyjg)

Suggest third floor room facing street. Arrange free shuttle from/to airport if not driving. (pearlqueen18)

You want a room that does not face the courtyard, noise from the Belvedere comes from the courtyard side of the hotel. (traveler_from_Iowa)

When I made my reservation, I signed up for the eStandby Upgrade offer for a whirlpool room. When I checked in, I asked if a room was available for the upgrade and was told there was not a room available. The woman who checked us in was not friendly at all and barely looked up. She appeared to be doing something else while she was checking us in and I doubt that she even listened to what I was asking. After I checked in, I looked on the Country Inn & Suites website and found that "Whirlpool Room" was still available for the 2 nights we were staying. I can only guess that this hotel does not honor the eStandby Upgrade even if a room is available. This makes no sense because eStandby is an upgrade that you pay for at a slightly reduced rate. Very poor customer service. Room was OK. Bathroom was small but it was clean. The water spout for the bathtub faucet was not installed straight. It was twisted sideways slightly but noticeably and appeared to be caulked into place. It just looked like a sloppy installation. Rug in room had crumbs under table that were not vacuumed otherwise that room looked clean.

I attended a training class at the conference center connected to the Hotel. The hotel rooms were very nice and accommodating. The continental was better than most, they offered a hot breakfast, not just donuts and cereal.
