    My friend and I stayed here before a cruise to Bermuda. The staff were great, rooms clean and the price was good for the area. A good place to stay if you want to go into the city. One of the girls at the front desk got me using Uber for transportation and it couldn't have worked out better.

    Staff unresponsive. breakfast room is a disaster so overcrowded that could not get in. Urns for coffee were empty.. Kept waiting for room well after 3 PM sign in time. Staff unresponsive.Hotel has been renovated and is modern.

    I am very sorry that you had issues with your stay. Please be aware that we are renovating the hotel including the breakfast area to make it larger during the busy months. At this time of year we are extremely busy with not only groups but families traveling and they all want to depart the hotel early in the morning for their sight seeing so it does get crowed. We try our best to get all of our guests checked in as soon as possible but sometimes due to being sold out the night prior we run a little late. Again I apologize and hope you will come and visit us again when we complete our renovations.
