Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  1. Do you have rollaways available?
    We have one rollaway bed on the property, available at no additional cost on a first-come, first-serve basis. In addition, we have inflatable mattresses available upon request.

  2. Do you accept pets?
    We do not accept pets at this location, and a fee of $250 will be charged for any violation of this rule. However, service animals are welcome, and there is a dog boarding facility across the street from the hotel called Camp Bow Wow.

  3. Do you have any smoking rooms?
    We are a 100 percent smoke-free facility. There are designated smoking areas outside the building. There is a $250 environmental fee for smoking in any of the guest rooms or interior public spaces.

  4. Is there free parking?
    Parking at the hotel is always complimentary.

  5. Do you have adjoining rooms?
    We do not have adjoining rooms. However, we will do our best to place the rooms you are requesting as close together as possible.

  6. Do you have rooms with two beds and a separate living room area?
    We do not have a room with two queen-size beds and an additional living room space. However, there are several different room types to fit the needs of families and corporate clients, including a Studio Suite with two queen beds and a pullout sofa. Please contact the front desk for availability.

  7. What time is check-in?
    Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m.

  8. What time is check-out?
    Check-out time is at noon.

  9. Do you have early check-in?
    We are able to check in any guest after 9:00 a.m. as long as a room is available. If you call a few hours before your anticipated arrival time, we will do our best to get a room ready for you.

  10. Do you have a late check-out time?
    We understand that sometimes schedules don’t go as planned. Please contact the front desk directly to schedule a late check-out. Late check-outs are based on availability and charges may apply.

  11. How old do you have to be to check in?
    You must be 21 years old to check in.

  12. Do you have a lifeguard on staff for your pool area?
    We do not have a lifeguard. Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the pool.

  13. How close are you to restaurants and shopping?
    We lie within walking distance of many popular restaurants, such as Brick House Tavern & Tap, Applebee's and O'Charley's. In addition, we’re close to fast-food restaurants like Taco Bell, McDonald's and Chick-fil-A. We’re also within one mile of retail shops like the Chapel Hill Mall, Target, Staples and TJ Maxx.

  14. Does the hotel breakfast include hot items?
    The complimentary Be Our Guest Breakfast includes hot items like bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs and rosemary potatoes, rotated daily.

  15. Do you have a shuttle service?
    At this time, we don’t provide shuttle service. However, if you contact the hotel directly, our staff can set up a time with a local taxi service that can take you to your destination.

  16. Do you have a meeting room at your facility?
    Yes, we have a meeting room that can accommodate up to 50 guests and includes complimentary water.

  17. How close are you to Blossom Music Center?
    We lie 10 miles from Blossom Music Center. If you need more information, please contact the hotel or stop by the front desk. Our staff will be glad to print out directions for you. You can also check the center's schedule for concerts and events happening at the venue.

  18. Has your facility recently been renovated?
    In 2013, we completed an extensive renovation of our property. We are also continuously upgrading our facilities. We recently added soundproof windows and soothing sound machines to the One-bedroom King Suites for a more peaceful night's rest. In addition, we’ve upgraded the individual climate control systems in all guest rooms and expanded the free high-speed Internet access.

  19. Do you have a fitness room?
    We have a fitness center that remains open 24 hours. It is equipped with new treadmills, a weight machine and an elliptical bike that was updated in 2015.

  20. Do you have a laundry service on site?
    We offer several laundry options. You may send out your laundry for dry-cleaning each morning before 9:00 a.m. by bringing it down to the desk, and we will deliver the items for you. The charge will then be placed on your bill, unless otherwise specified. We also offer a washer and dryer on site. Washing your clothes costs $1.50 per load, and drying them costs $1 per load.

  21. Can someone else pay for my reservation?
    Yes, someone else can pay for your reservation; however, we require a credit card authorization form, a copy of the credit card and a copy of the cardholder's ID.

  22. If I make a local call, does it cost anything?
    Local calls are free.

  23. What time is the indoor pool open?
    The pool opens at 6:00 a.m. and closes at midnight.

  24. Do you have a business center that guests can use?
    We have a complimentary 24-hour business center, which includes a computer with Internet access and Microsoft Office. The business center also features a printer and copy machine.
