“Worst Club Carlson Hotel I have ever stayed at review by jeffreyt453 from Brocton, United States”

Mold in bathroom and on AC unit. Room smelled of dampness and mold as soon as we walked in. You could feel the springs in the mattress when you lied on the bed. We didn't even trust eating the breakfast. If I knew of another hotel in the area, we would have left and gone there after we saw and smelled the room. I'm supposed to receive free room upgrade and in spite of the hotel being ~ 25% occupied, I did not get the upgrade.

This hotel is comfortable, with large rooms and a good size bathroom. The rooms have coffee-making facilities. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rate includes a basic breakfast and there is free coffee available for guests all day. There is a small library in the lobby if you need anything to read. Wifi is available to all and it works quite well (depending on the hour). All in all, a no-bad-surprise, comfortable hotel.
