    The front desk staff needs more costumer service training and be more courteous with the costumers . The first assigned room was in unsanitary conditions. The bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty . Hence , we requested a change in room .The second assigned room contained a full odor of tobacco and smoked cigarettes. The rooms needs to be cleansed and deodorized in between costumers. The pool and whirlpool are extremely dirty and requires frequent clean up

    My coffee in my room was not refresh. They clean room but did not refresh my coffee. They did not clean my coffee pot and leave more coffee for my second night. Also coke machine did not work on my floor. Only one that was working was on the 1st floor and that one was hard to work. It would not take my dollar bill at first and finally it took my second dollar bill. Also elevator was dirty with trash in it and a yellow sign in corner. We have stayed in better kept Country Inns and Suites in the past.
