My overall experience with this hotel is more than negative. First of all, the staff at reception area is unwelcoming and unprofessional, and hardly speaking English. I have requested to have a roll away bed for my 10 year old daughter for the duration of my stay well in advance (4 nights in total) and when we checked in the front desk agent at reception told me that it is not available since it is in very limited quantity and as soon as it will be available, they would let me know. Just to note that it never happened throughout the whole time of our stay at the hotel. I asked for it every single day and the answer was the same, assuring me that I am on the wait list. The room was not properly cleaned and I even complained once for it, but again, only promises and nothing changed. Most of the devices are broken or not in a working condition (phone is not working, air conditioner regulator buttons are broken, etc). The breakfast was supposed to be from 6:00am to 10:00am on weekdays and until 10:30am on weekends. So, on Saturday we came for the breakfast at 9:30am and there was almost nothing refreshed on the trays. We asked the restaurant employees to have some refreshed standard food (nothing more) and the response was that it is already 9:30 and they cannot add any food at that time. Terrible servicing and complete absence of attention to guest requests or complaints. I even asked to talk to manager 2 times and I was assured that the manager will see me in the morning, but of course it never happened. The front desk agent at check out was talking on her personal cell phone for about 5 minutes until she finally noticed me getting nervous at that unacceptable behavior. The hotel should not be carrying more than 1 star. This is a terrible place and I will definitely NOT ADVISE anyone to stay in this hotel. It is a shame to keep it under the Carlson brand name and as a licensed entity, since I have stayed in many Carlson group hotels and I have never encountered such an outrageous situation.
