Convenient to I80 without being right off the exit. Great location to grocery stores, restaurants and convenient to downtown and our family. The staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms clean. I’d definitely stay again.

The Food and Beverage manager of the event didn't send the contract in a timely manner. When she did send it the date of the event was incorrect on the contract. I made constant attempts to contact her but she would not return my calls texts or emails. I finally had to send a personal representative to the hotel to get a contract from the general manager so we could get this arranged in time for my event. When we arrived a day before the event to go over the contract she refused to see us or show us the event room so again we had to go to the manager, who FORCED her to come in and meet with us. At that time she was rude and dismissive, and when we asked to sign the contract, to remove our representative from responsibility she said it wasn't necessary. We were never told what was and was not included other than a dispenser for our drinks which we went and bought ourselves. Now we are being over billed. The manager Christina Hall is not available since she is on vacation and we don't feel we should have to put up with anymore rude behavior from your event manager. Please contact us so we can straighten this our. We know this is not an example of your employees. We encountered many wonderful employees at the desk and the management while staying at the hotel. It seems to be just one person. We also found out from another client that she had also booked the room for the same day to him, and just moved him at the last minute without any explanation. He also felt there needs to be something done.

I deeply apologize that you experienced this issue with your banquet event at our hotel. I want you to know that first thing Monday when I am back in the office, I will work on this issue for you alongside our F&B director and we will rectify this dissatisfaction for you.
