Everything when fine at check in and that night. Very nice room, swimming pool etc. The only problem was not enough table space at breakfast rush hour. I guess because the food was too good. This is a very good hotel, near shopping and attractions.

Overall experience at the hotel was fair to poor. Rented 3 rooms- 1 ready at 4:30, 1 at 5pm, 1 at 5:42 pm- no compensation offered. Wi-fi spotty, called three times to report no connection. Good food!

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey regarding your recent stay with us. Please allow me to take this opportunity to apologize for any dissatisfaction and/or inconvenience you encountered.
It is never our intention to have our guests feel less than satisfied with our establishment. Our goal is to provide you with gracious hospitality and amenities that fulfill your needs. We fell below those expectations and for that we offer our sincerest apologies.
We do understand your frustration and disappointment with the check-in situation. We do make every effort to get all of our rooms clean by our check-in time of 4:00pm. Ultimately, that is always our goal. Unfortunately, due to the busy time of year, late check outs and the conditions rooms are left in after guests leave sometimes prevents this. With that being said, your feedback helped us to identify that how we handle such challenges with our valued guests needs to be reviewed. We are very appreciative of your willingness to share your comments and honest assessment of your experience.
We also apologize for the WiFi issue. Due to the many issues are guests were having with the internet, we are changing providers this week.
While I realize an apology will, regrettably, not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, we want to make sure that you know your comments were heard.
As we pride ourselves on delivering a memorable hotel stay with exceptional service, we do hope that you will reconsider giving us an opportunity to better your experience with us whenever your travels bring you back to beautiful Lancaster County.

On a whole we will use raids on again when we travel. We were 4 in our group. We do understand that families do not always control their children and allow them to run around. This is not something’s staff can correct when people are checking out. I will say that the staff were very tolerant and did not interfere and were patient when children were running in the hallway and check out area.
