This hotel claims to offer shuttle service to the airport from 4am-12am. They may be able to get you to the airport, but don't count on them to be able to pick you back up to get your vehicle from the hotel. In our experience, they said they would call for a cab to pick us up and they would reimburse the cab driver. Nearly an hour later, no cab driver. When I called the hotel to let them know we haven't heard from a cab driver (they were supposed to call our cell phone), the front clerk told me I could call a cab myself if I wanted. I ended up doing their job. I will never stay at this Country Inn & Suites again when traveling, and not likely to use any Country Inn & Suites in the future.
