    I stay here often with points. Hotel is always clean, staff is friendly and professional. Location is good. Shuttle driver was on time and travel to the airport was short. Overall a good hotel and a safe bet everything will be smooth and as expected

    We should not have been charged for this stay! Staff was rude, coffee pot, commode, Shower valve, light bulbs, pillows, staff communication, tv remote had no guide, just to name a few issues. We cannot in good consciousness recommend this hotel to anyone.

Management staff reported the room needed a brand new coffee pot, and that it was delivered, also reported was the light bulb. We hope for another opportunity to exceed your expectations.
