    had to move 3 times before getting a room that was acceptable. First room was in a construction zone and filthy; second room was infested with bugs. We were leaving for a cruise the next day and this really dampened our spirits. Will never stay at a Country Inn and Suites again!

We apologize you were not satisfied with the condition of the hotel during your stay, particularly in regard to the reasons that brought about your need to change rooms: 1st room's proximity to the renovation or construction site and 2nd room's bug problem.
