    Don't utilize this property for park and fly service. Pick up shuttle to return to the property took 45 minutes to arrive. Had to call 3 times for the shuttle to arrive. New staff members need more training at reception.

    Thank you for writing the review regarding your park and fly experience, we are very sorry for the delayed shuttle pick-up. Our shuttle runs in every 1/2 an hour, it should take only 10 minutes to reach to the airport, however sometimes it takes few extra minutes due to heavy traffic, you should not needed to call 3 times, we give clear instructions on first call where our guests are picked up. Our team my not be aware of the traffic situations. We apologize for the situation. Thank you, Management
