Our hotel will be undergoing a full renovation including the pool, lobby and breakfast areas until March 2019. Guests can expect some noise and dust during this time. The pool will be closed; however, our other amenities will remain available.

It was unfortunate that the pool and fitness center was closed due to an unforeseen accident during renovations. We had checked when making the reservation that these amenities would be available and they said they would be. The staff were great! They provided information about the area and even went out of their way to find out what restaurants were open during the snowstorm.

Construction was taking place during our stay. Workers were staying in the rooms and smoking right outside entrance doors. Check in staff was not friendly at all, she chatted on the phone while checking us in. Staff was not friendly, none of them could even muster a simply “hello” to us. Location is good but everything else is lacking. I’ve stayed here over 6 times and a minimum of 2 days each time and this visit was by far the worst one yet. I will not be back!! I will say some of the updates look very nice!!
