    A+ I was very pleased with the overall experience. A chair of some sort in the king rooms besides the office type and bigger pillows would be nice. The property was clean and well kept and the staff was very friendly. I will be staying there again.

    n my opinion the quality of this hotel is going down.The carpet thru out the hotel was soiled and dirty to include my room, when I checked-in the customer service lady was nice but I wasn't greeted as a Radisson Rewards member and given a small gift bag, had budget hotel breakfast, pool wasn't working, and on Saturday night our air conditioner stopped working, in all fairness when I reported it the guy at the desk did ask me did we want to move to another room but since our stuff was all laid out and the fan was working and it wasn't a typical GA humid night we got by with the fan. At checkout when I reported the AC wasn't working in that room, 214 I was plainly told "OK I will let them know" as if I said a light bulb was blown, if someone report that their AC isn't working they should receive a more caring and sympathetic responds also the flush valve inside the tank of the toilet needs to be replaced because it was running. I'm a Radisson Rewards member, I earned over 30,000 thousand point in which I used on this stay, I feel like I wasted my points.

    Perfect stay ...I have had bad online reservation problems before but this stay made up for them all. Check in was smooth. Room was very clean and comfy. I didn't have breakfast due to having to check out early to get on the road. Maybe next trip.
