    I stay at this inn 3-4 times a year on our way back from Florida. We were there in August, this January, and we will be going through PA (and staying the night) again this March. This is the first time that both my wife and I were completely disappointed, to the point where we said we need to look for new, regular accommodations. When we checked in on January 5th, the noise was so bad in the lobby that I could barely hear the lady at the check-in counter (I waited at least five minutes before anyone even showed up). She told us that there was a group of skiers so the breakfast would start the next morning 30 minutes early, but would go to 10 am. We went down at 9:15 only to be told that they were closing up, so most items, including waffles, would not be available, I went and complained to the man at the check-in counter who said he would look into it. A few minutes later I went back to him and asked what the status was. He said they would keep it open a little longer. (I wondered why he didn't tell me this when he walked by me)! So, we proceeded to eat only to discover that EVERYTHING was cold! Further, the muffins, etc., were completely dried out, suggesting that they were left over from the day before. Not one of the five in our group was able to eat anything, and my "diplomatic complaint" upon check out fell on disinterested ears! It seems, unfortunately, that this inn is more interested in catering to groups versus guests who visit on a regular basis. I don't know if there is new ownership or management, but it certainly isn't the same place we stayed in previously.

    We've stayed here for years over New Years holiday and was quite disappointed. We loved coming here- great location and has been accomodating for our large family. However, we've noticed this year that it was not well kept- common areas not clean and pool area was in desperate need of restoration!!
