    We chose Country Inn & Suites because we had a child who needed an earlier bed time than the adults, and the pull-out bed solved that problem. However, we had to have a king bed in the other room, though we would have preferred to have separate--full or queen--beds. There was only one staff member on-duty, which meant the desk clerk also had to accommodate issues in guest rooms. In our case, the refrigerator did not work, and in order to substitute, the clerk had to leave the desk unattended. The breakfast is minimally satisfactory and the breakfast room is small. There were few breakfast options, and the waffle-maker was used by a family member of the desk clerk (!) during the first hour of the breakfast--making and taking stacks of waffles to the front desk. The coffee urns were empty by 7:00 am., and to get a cup of coffee, I had to use the very bottom of two pots. When we used the pool, the area was cluttered, and had towels and coffee cups lying about. There were not enough unused towels for the three of us to each have a dry towel after our swim. If you want to have the routinely-offered cookies in the lobby, but sure to get to them early! We like County Inn & Suites as a brand, but we will not stay at this location again.

    Walls was very thin could hear a pin drop next door. The breakfast was way above your normal hotel breakfast. But when we called for availability of rooms the guy was rude and acting like i was bothering him about if they allow service animals.

    One of our rooms stunk badly, the staff made minimum effort 2 rectify the situation, the rooms were generally uncomfortable, temperature, pillows, water pressure, we're all less than desirable. We were unable to enjoy the breakfast bar because of the crowd in the room and and lack of variety in the offerings.

    Hello and thank you for staying with us and taking the time to write a review. We deeply regret your dissatisfaction with your stay. To address all your concerns, we want you to feel we resolved the issues you report and apologize the response was not more satisfactory. Your room should be at a temperature of your choosing and should be comfortable. We always want to know if you're having issues with what we assume is the Air conditioning unit. We have an excellent maintenance team to check on anything you report. We always have more pillows if that helps with making your bed more comfortable. We do serve a full hot breakfast featuring two kinds of eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, various breads and pastries, fresh made waffles, yogurt and oatmeal with toppings, and fresh fruit. We regret the crowding you experienced and work hard to keep the breakfast room in top condition moving guests along steadily whereby guests can enjoy their breakfast before heading out to start their day. When we are sol out, and you experience crows, we apologize for that as well. We certainly look for another opportunity to earn your trust in the near future and hope you'll consider staying with us again so we can impress you more. Thank you again.
