Great Location! Right next to Cool Springs Galleria. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast had it all. Very enjoyable stay. Was very impressed with this hotel and location.

I was greeted at check in with two room keys. “One for me and one for the desk clerk.” NOT COOL! I was there to rest between work shifts and shouldn’t have had to worry about being hit on. Made me feel unsafe.
