We have stayed at this hotel dozens of times in the past 8years. This is my first bad review if it. The elevator wasn’t working properly, the bathtub said not drain, carpeting was wrinkled, the breakfast area wasn’t so clean.. it appears to have gone downhillsince we stayed there in April

I was supposed to get a $25 gift card and 15% off next purchase for 2 or more consecutive stays. Well needless to say I didn’t get what the offer was so I’ll stay at holiday inn express from now on!! There was nobody at the desk when I arrived and when I left well there wasn’t anybody there again. Was given a really good room but the service wasn’t the best. Had to eat breakfast at IHOP because the breakfast wasn’t very good and young lady working breakfast couldn’t even say hi when addressed with a good morning. Never had this issue in the past and probably won’t in the future due to staying someplace else.

The staff was not able to get chairs for our elderly parents to sit in. We had to give them our chairs from our room. When the fire alarms went off, the staff didn't call 911, they just investigated it themselves. I had to call 911 and get fire department to check on the smoke in the hallway. A room full of very rowdy people had set some pizza smoking with the microwave across the hall. Staff didn't seem alarmed. Will not stay here again!
