If you want quiet ask to stay away from the elevator and ice machine. We move to a different room and it was very quiet. (Rodger U)

Clean, mostly comfortable. Nice staff. Breakfast was average at best. Rooms were spacious with nice bathrooms. AC was loud cycling on and off. Maid service was excellent and accommodating. 200 word minimum review required.

Staff RUDE... my mother was sick and Jack hung up in my face several times stating that he did not have to listen and or comply with my request. Employee stated that I was rude and cussed him.... that is completely not true!!! Yes I was crying because my mother was sick and I needed to get her situated because I was 20 minutes away. My credit card was on file and my daughter was at the front desk offering her card until I arrived. Jack hung up in my face twice and I walked up on him discussing the incident with another customer that was requesting pillows. Not professional at all........

As stated over the phone with Jack and myself, we can't allow someone to checkin for someone else without a form of payment. The card we had for you on file was not working and we can't accept payment over the phone. Mr. Jack is one of our best employees and extremely professional. He hung up the phone because of the yelling and cursing. Mr. Jack was not discussing the incident with any guest as it is extremely unprofessional.
Customer Service is very important to us. We have had several compliments about the staff, specifically about Mr. Jack.
