    We had to stay over in Grove city, columbus, ohio to visit a relative. We selected Comfort Inns because we had stayed in one in Alabama a few years ago and had a good experience. Well, we were more than satisfied. The rooms were great and exceeded our expectations and the value was great compared to the cost. More importantly the customer service was exceptional. The young lady who check us in deserves recognition for her excellent service. (sorry can't remember her name). She was on a call when we came in however she acknowledged us right away with a smile and made us feel like we were her top priority and started the check in process without delay. Great service. The key card did not work and we advised her. She came up immediately and let us into the room and said she would get it taken care of immediately, well she did and the came back to check after it was corrected to make sure we were ok. She made certain we were never inconvienced throughout the whole process. Thanks!!!!!!

    Room good breakfast was fine could always find something to eat book shuttle day before needed. Staff was friendly courteous and wanted to make sure you had a nice stay coffe was good and available 24 hours a day

    Dirty hotel, poor service at the front desk, overall had experience. Someone who is in charge should get better help at the front desk. I can 't even tell you how many people already i have told about your hotel! By the way, when we returned to pick up our car about five employees are in the back smoking!
