    Upon arrival to the hotel I was pleased, it looked nice. Check-in went smoothly and we proceed to our room. The room was fine, there was a slight odor but nothing too bad and the furnishings were dated. I noticed that there were boogers on the wall next to the shower and where the floor and wall met had not been cleaned very well but overall it was clean enough. Breakfast was great both mornings we stayed. The hotel has a card on the desk in the room with instructions to place it on the bed if you would like your sheets to be changed, they only had one card. When we left in the morning I placed the card on one of the beds, when we returned that evening only one bed had been made (thinking the sheets were changed as well) and the other bed was left a mess. We were traveling with small children and one of them had wet the bed so we really did need the sheets changed. When I talked to the front desk they gave me a set of sheets and said I would have to take care of it myself. This was my only real complaint about the hotel. Overall our stay was pleasant and I would probably stay again.

    We were in Columbus to see our son off to the Marine Corp. We loved this place and our stay. We looked for a place close to the airport and found great value in this hotel. We would stay here again. We liked to travel now and again and would definitely stay at one agaon.

    We have stayed at this location several times. However, the past couple of stays, I have noticed the staff at the front desk not being as professional as they had been in the past. Beds are getting worn out and the mattresses are getting too soft to sleep comfortably on. The past 2 times I have stayed here, the USB ports on the desk did not work, either. Breakfast is still good, though, and the lady working the breakfast area was nice.

    Overall good hotel. I had very few issues. I was there for only one night, arriving late and leaving early so I wasn't there for long. The only issue I had was the shuttle service from the airport was a little late and some of that was due to trying to figure out how the system worked. The driver was great. Other than that, simple, easy, and easy to work with it.
