I had to change rooms again. The first room should be rated less than 10% acceptable and the second barely 10 % acceptable. (rglmab)

They take $50 from your card, do not give a receipt, and do not return it for a week. The room was ok, the area was like a war zone. Only 3 restaurants nearby and two were fast food. I would never stay here again. The people at the desk were condescending.

We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We understand the inconvenience an unexpected charge can cause. After researching your concern it was found you paid your reservation through a third party website. They would give you a copy of the accommodations billed to your credit card. The $50 is not a fee, but an authorization to your card to cover any incidental charges to your room. At check out the authorization amount is sent to your issuing bank which will be sent back to you. The hotel does not control the date of the credit back to your account. This information is also displayed at the front desk and explained at check in.
