Beautifully designed newer building, you hardly notice how close everything is inside (pool, lobby, elevator) and there are some great healthy choices for breakfast. I especially appreciated the late night adult hours for the pool/ hot tub of which I heartily partook. So, don’t forget your swimsuit!

I always stay at this location when I’m at a horse show at Kirkwood. The rooms are clean and quiet. Air conditioning worked well. Food is ok. The normal hotel offering. It is close to lots of food and drink establishments.

I called weeks ahead on the phone to specifically request an adjoining room for Saturday and Sunday. At that time the rep said there were 2 confirmation #, one for each room. I never received an email with any confirmation #. I received an email the day before our trip welcoming us but in checking back after my stay I realized it only had one confirmation number. I unfortunately did not check that email the day before. But it came across incorrectly . It was for1 room, 1 adult. I would never have booked it that way. I feel who ever took my reservation over the phone made an error with my reservation and canceled the adjoining room and rebooked us as 1 room 1 person. . The desk rep told me that the adjoining room had been canceled. I never received an email notification about the cancellation. I told her it hadn’t been canceled by me!!! I made one phone call to make the reservation and that is all I did. The desk rep told me they were sold out and did not have another room. I said, I didn’t cancel the room so look again!!! Another desk rep stepped in and said they were not booked and they will see if they can move some reservation around to accommodate our adjoining room request. So My family and I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes while they worked on it. Finally, the desk clerk said the best they could do was 2 rooms on the first floor across the hall from each other. I was not happy, that is not what I had reserved, not what I had promised my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter. So instead of her being able to run back and forth between adjoining rooms, we had to leave the doors cracked open so she could run across the hall back and forth. Not as comfortable having our doors propped open and certainly not as relaxing having to watch out and make sure she got across the hall safely. The carpet was so dirty that my grand children ran around on it barefoot and their feet were filthy. The toilet plugged up and the front desk clerk handed us a plunger to fix it ourselves! I’ve never had that happen before any where!! There are other hotels right next door, brand new and several more being built. I’m staying elsewhere next time. It’s too bad because we had stay here a lot of times prior to this. But the cost was way to high for what I feel was no value at all.

Dear Tracie, We regret to hear about your disappointment in the room you received. We attempt to fulfill each of our guest’s requests to the best of our ability. We are sorry the toilet plugged and the staff did not take care of it for you. We hope for another opportunity to exceed your expectations.
