    Overall the hotel is very good,except for the Wifi (terrible when I was there), conveniently located to get anywhere in the western suburbs of Chicago and beyond-close access to all major highways in the area . Good location to find places to eat.

    We arrived at the Chicago airport at 12:30am. I called for the shuttle service to come pick us up. Emmanuel the front desk employee told us that his driver only goes every hour and it take 20 mins for him to get to the airport so our pickup time is 1:20am. We waited patiently for the driver to arrive at our pickup location. 1:20am have passed and all other shuttles (some of the shuttle service we have seen passed by the pickup location 2-3x duration of our waiting time) have passed we were still waiting for our shuttle service. 1:30am comes no shuttle service yet. Called the hotel the first time (front desk represenative said “he should be there”) our group was nice enought to wait for the driver. We were waiting till 1:50am when we called the front desk again asking where the driver is all we got was a hangup. Called again at 0200am front desk representive told us he is on his way now and well be at the pickup location in 15 mins. 2:25 had passed no driver yet. The service was by far the worst we have ever experience!!! The driver got there at 02:30am. Was very rude to us giving us smirks didnt even apologize for not picking us up on time. Didnt even help us put our luggage on the back of the van. He drove really fast out of the shuttle pickup that all of our bags on the back flew and even we were suprised how the driver was behaving when hes the one at fault. He was ripping the car really fast and slamming on the breaks. One of us had to speak up for OUR SAFETY. No apologies were given and the driver was giving us bad looks the whole car ride. When we got to the hotel, front desk (emmanuel) couldnt give us an answer as to why the driver didnt come right away. All he said to us “im not the driver, all that is important is youre here”. Thats not the point! The point was we had a very long trip, we were tired and exhausted and we got a really bad service right fromthe start and the employee couldnt apologize or explain to us why it took them 2 HOURS to pick us up!!! Front desk employee wouldnt give us the name of his manager for us to talk about our concern. We chose the hotel due to it having 24/7 shuttle service and the service that we got was very unsafe and unreliable. WE WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
