We had a room on the end of the third floor facing the gold course (334) and it was very quiet! (jennad451)

I have stayed at Country Inn & Suites before and this location was disappointing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and when a problem arrises they are eager to find a solution. However, my problem was that my room as not serviced daily. Each day I arrived at the hotel after 6PM and the bed was not made and the counters in the bathroom were not wiped down. Once I asked for my bed to be made I was told that housekeeping notated that the beds were made. However, they were not. The breakfast was subpar. The biscuits were very hard and inedible even with the prepackaged gravy. I arrived for breakfast in the morning by 6AM and the dining area would only have 3-4 people and all of the food was gone with a wait time for more to be put out. Also the 2 treadmills in the fitness center were broken. This was a very disappointing stay to say the least. The key attributes needed when I travel are clean room, clean bed, breakfast, and fitness center. I like for my hotel to be a one stop shop so that way I can focus on work. Unfortunately this was not.
