    I spoke to the manager on Thursday 2/14 about a concern he ensured me that he'd take care of my concern and when I checked in on Friday 2/15 I had no problem. He did exactly what he said he would do to make the process easy as promised. I can't say one bad thing about my experience with him. He's a great asset to the Country Inn. I've stayed at many and this one will always be my TOP ONE!!!

    There were roaches in my room. I recorded it and showed the general manager, Deepak Patel, who only thanked me for telling me. There was no apology or anything for the issue. Since I seen more than one, I had to empty my suitcase to ensure none would be taken home with me.
