    Urine smell, blood on bathroom light switch, boogers on walls, stained sheets, stained/dirty couch, ants, black mold... that about sums up room condition. 1st Room smelled of Urine so we were asked to be moved. 2nd Room had blood on the light switch, boogers on the wall and door frame of the bathroom, stained sheets, ants. Front desk staff was friendly enough but the cleaning staff showed gross neglect in their cleaning responsibilities. I am very disappointed in the quality of this facility. Entered the second room and at first it appeared ok, smelled old, but doable. It was late and we were tired and so we attempted to go to sleep. Went to use the restroom and started to notice all these issues. Next morning at 9:15 I notified the front desk staff of the issues and asked for them to be corrected while we were away. Returned around 9pm to find the room that none of the issues had been resolved. Only sheets changed, trash emptied. Mold, boogers, ants all left unaddressed. Even some of the basic items like restocking the ice bag, and putting out coffee cup supplies not taken care of. REALLY? We had it, we went to bed and checked out the next morning cancelling our 3rd night reservations. Other Issues: -Taking the elevator up stairs and then needing to drag suitcase down 5 stairs to get to our room. -Courtyard was a mess and under construction but looked like nothing was being done. -Ditch digging outside our room window. -Sheet of plywood, and vacuums left in the hallways to navigate around. -Horrible paint jobs with unsightly paint splatters. -The pool was a disgusting pit of green slime, nothing like the picture on the hotel website. -Room numbers missing from wall. Positives: -Staff was friendly enough. -Cookies were good but not kept stocked that well. -Breakfast was comparable to other hotels, not great but comparable. -Great that there were two working computers with printer.
