North rooms are quieter. Excellent breakfast. If possible, delay your arrival by a few weeks to allow them to complete renovations. (Terry C)

Have enough wash clothes to accommodate all your guests
Our Family Reunion was in Loganville, which was no close to this hotel.
Breakfast provided a variety, which was great, but there were bugs in the fruits bowl every morning.
Our fridge freeze everything including my insulin causing me to send a half day locating doctor, for a prescription for a few days supply. This was very costly, but a diabetic can't be without any medication.

The property has seen better days and I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton. The biggest annoyance had nothing to do with the staff or facility. It was the idiot family led by two extremely very large people who left the swimming pool dripping wet and proceeded to the lobby and on to the elevator making it appear like the place had been hit by a flash flood.

I had traveled with my youngest daughter for her to attend the Gymdog's Elite Camp for the weekend. The hotel is located close enough to the campus to make it easily accessible and close enough to a shopping center (across the street) to give me options of things to do while my daughter was at camp and choices for meals as well. The free parking was a big plus!
