This is a standard roadside hotel, so you will not be staying for the view. Second floor near the staircase is primo. (Ryan R)

Great service and friendly staff; I will be back! The employee at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. My friends and I played cards in the dining area in the evening and found that area pleasant and comfortable. Great time!

The night before we checked out there was a severe storm that passed through. My niece was about to get on the road to drive back up to Maryland (we were all in town visiting family). One of our family members had be keeping her dog while she was moving to a new place, and was bringing the dog back to her while we were all in town.However, it was storming so badly, so my niece wanted to wait a couple of hours for it to pass. The family member who brought the dog back to my niece had already left. So, I told the person at the front desk the situation and that I was aware of their No Pet policy, but if he would make an exception since it was a small dog and it was in a carrying cage and it was just going to be for a couple of hours. He told me no. Then he said that the hotel across the street allows pets. So, I asked if he would refund my money for that night so we could go across the street since my wife and I weren't checking out until the morning. He said no.So, I translate his statements to mean the following: "I don't care if your niece, her 2 yr old daughter, and her dog have to drive in a dangerous situation, I'm not adjusting our rules for any reason".You have the right to follow any rules that you wish, but I also have the right to give you the customer service score that reflects the level of customer service I feel that we received.
