ask for a quiet room, they try their best to accommodate. If you book via booking app, ask the front desk if they can offer a better one. (griffinkr)

Family trip to Asheville room was ok but really fell short on several aspects. Also we had spiders in the bathroom. Door would not Iock. Pool was not heated and very cold. Also the beds were hard. Breakfast was pretty good.

This was our first stay in a Country Inn and Suites as we normally choose a Marriott-flagged hotel. We chose a king suite as our son was meeting us for a weekend in Asheville. The room was comfortable and quiet and the bathroom well-appointed. We were very impressed with the price paid for the value received.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They were customer service friendly and the hotel was very clean. The location was great as well due to it being right across the street from the outlet. Also it was in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations.
