Positive comments from guests at our Wyomissing, Pennsylvania hotel:

“Chris was so helpful in accommodating us in a specific room at the hotel. My mother is 85 and we have stayed in the Wyomissing, PA location since it opened 13 years ago. We take a mother/daughter vacation to shop each year. My mother loves room 214 at the top of the steps from the lobby...and we have been graciously housed there many years. Gail, in the breakfast room, is a gem. She keeps things spotless and well-stocked. She is very friendly and helpful each year. The new room decor was lovely and the beds were so comfortable. We love this hotel, feel safe and secure there, and will return again.”

“All of your front desk staff was very professional, helpful AND friendly. They spoke to us each day coming and going and were genuinely pleasant. When we realized the fridge was broken, the front desk sent up the maintenance man (I think his name was Mike?). Anyway, he wasn't comfortable with the adjustments he made (we had our two 8 yr. old granddaughters with us) and brought us a new fridge. We really appreciated that! Also, each day when we returned from the convention, the housekeepers had arranged all the stuffed animals around the 2 beds! It was very cute, thrilled our granddaughters and added a very nice, homey touch. We definitely appreciated their kindness. Of course I can't leave out Gail Long! She made that breakfast room come alive. She was so friendly and helpful that some of us hugged her on the last day! Personally, I think you have some of the best staff of any hotel that I've ever stayed in.”

“I believe this was our fourth or fifth stay at this property over the past five years. We are always very favorably impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the woman in charge of the breakfast room. She does a great job. The improvements and redecorations of the Inn are commendable. We also were favorably impressed by the Wednesday evening aperitifs and hors'douvres.”
