    “deep DISAPPOINTMENT IN SHUTTLE SERVICE”

    the hotel is comfortable, breakfast was very good-but because of the shuttle distress coming back to the hotel....I would rate the experience a 1! and I do not mean a 1 on the very best side.... My plane arrived on time. I went to Ground Transport as I had been instructed and waited. I was told the shuttle comes every half hour. I waited. It was extremely cold. My coat and winter things were in my car. Finally, I phoned the hotel and was told I should have phoned when I landed. I was furious and drove to pick up my kids in horrible traffic and the dark-which I had planned very precisely in order to avoid!!
