    Room above us was being remodeled during the middle of the night. Our room was not cleaned one day. We had to request lines each day that we were there. The staff on duty was not aware that work was being done in the hotel.

    Dear Mr. Gardner, I cannot apologize enough for the situation that occurred during your stay with us. The work during the night to repair the tile in the room above you was not authorized. They were supposed to complete the work the next day. A full refund for that night was refunded to you without hesitation. I have also spoken with the housekeeping manager to assure the problems you experienced during your stay will not happen again.
