The third oldest Jewish congregation in America is also the sponsor of a unique festival that celebrates food along with religious heritage. Hosted by the Downtown Neighborhood Association, the tours feature a stunning collection of stately homes. In addition, several inn-keepers open their doors to ticket-holders and allow them to see how the District's inns dress for the season.
