Terms and Conditions
The Romance Package is available for Eligible Stays at participating Country Inns & Suites By CarlsonSM hotels in the United States, Canada and Latin America ("Participating Hotels") through December 31, 2013. An Eligible Stay is defined as a stay of one or more consecutive nights at the same Participating Hotel, regardless of the number of check-in or check-outs, for which the guest specifically booked the Romance Package. Guests who book and complete an Eligible Stay will receive one bottle of either wine, champagne or sparkling cider as specified by the Participating Hotel at the time of booking. Must be of legal drinking age to receive wine or champagne.
2,000 bonus Gold Points® offer (Bonus Point Award) is available to Club CarlsonSM members only and only one Club Carlson account per Eligible Stay will be credited with the Bonus Point Award. Maximum of one Bonus Point Award will be credited per Eligible Stay. Member must provide Club Carlson number at the time of reservation or at check-in. Allow six to eight weeks for Gold Points to appear on account. Gold Points are subject to all Club Carlson program rules and conditions. Extra person charges will apply if exceeding double occupancy. Three day advance reservations required. Rates for each night may vary. The Romance Package is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The Romance Package may not be used in conjunction with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any discounted rate. Participating Hotels are subject to change at any time without notice and the number of rooms available for this Romance Package at Participating Hotels may be limited.
