The Free Night Fall Promotion (“Promotion”) which offers a Free Night Reward Voucher under the conditions described below is available for new reservations at participating Country Inns & Suites By Carlson^sm hotels in the U.S. and Canada for Eligible Stays arriving between October 1, 2009, through November 30, 2009 (“Promotion Period”). An Eligible Stay is defined as a stay of two (2) or more consecutive nights during the Promotion Period at the same hotel which was booked under the Promotion via phone or on-line at the time of the reservation. Minimum 3 day advance reservation required for an Eligible Stay. Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any other discounted rate. In order to receive the Free Night Reward Voucher (“Voucher”), guests must: 1) complete an Eligible Stay; and (2) register the name and confirmation number as provided on the reservation for the Eligible Stay, and a complete mailing address online at www.freenightregistration.com(“Registration”). Registration must be completed and received on or before 11:59 59 CST December 9, 2009 to be eligible to receive Voucher which will be mailed to the guest at the mailing address provided through the Registration within 4 weeks of receipt of the Registration.
