Pet Friendly Duluth hotel - Pet Policy
  • Dogs welcome
  • Guest must sign our Pet Policy Agreement upon check-in
  • Must be kept on a leash at all times - both inside and outside the hotel
  • Owners are responsible for damages and extra clean up incurred by pets
  • Owners must clean up after their pets
  • Pets may not be left alone in the room
  • Pets must be registered, and there is a charge of $20.00 per day. Pets not registered at the Front Desk are subject to eviction
  • Reservation must be made at the hotel for a designated pet friendly room
  • Room must have a valid credit card on file
  • Unregistered pet fee is $75.00
